Exchanges & Returns

Items are able to be exchanged within 28 days of purchase, as long as they are unworn and undamaged. 

Items are able to be returned within 28 days of purchase, as long as they are unworn and undamaged. These will be processed as a refund via PayPal if purchased online, or a store credit if purchased in person at the shop.

If you would like to return/exchange an item, please do so at our shop in our Bishops Stortford Studios. If you are not local to Bishops Stortford and attend one of our branches, please email ijean@grahamschoolofdance.co.uk to arrange to drop this back to your teacher.
